Our 12-week Wellness Coach Programs are self-directed health education workbooks that focus on positive change. The goals of the programs are to motivate and support those who wish to take charge of their wellness by providing them with weekly topics, instructions, worksheets and assignments that help build a foundation for better health and help avoid the clinical and financial impact of chronic disease. Each program is organized into 12 sections; participants receive one section each week for 12 weeks. By enrolling in one of our designated wellness coaching programs, participants will embark on a 12-week journey to better health.
