Participants will assess their initial fitness level, implement a flexibility routine, as well as an aerobic and resistance training routine and learn helpful tips to maintain a new fit lifestyle.

Lifestyle changes take time, mental toughness and support. Living a healthy lifestyle is a process to learn in order to succeed. Participants will identify some of the causes of being overweight, changing habits and understanding the behaviors of eating right at home and when dining out.
