Matt Kelso joined HealthSmart in 2016 as Vice President of Finance. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance in 2017, and named Chief Financial Officer in 2019. As CFO, Matt is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities for HealthSmart.
Prior to joining HealthSmart, Matt was Chief Financial Officer for SevenBar Aviation. He also served as Senior Director, Operations Finance for Conifer Health Solutions, Director of Finance for American CareSource, and Operational FInance Manager for Perot Systems.
Matt earned a double major from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Business Administration. He also earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
